Lesson 1:  Flowers and People

Flowers remind me of people... each has their own face, their own colors, and their own strengths.

Nature is strong.
If a flower is created tall then it stands tall.
If the creator made it a short flower then it stands tall in its short height.

Nature does what it was born to do and it does it fully, and completely. Flowers, plants, they all give unconditionally. They share all of their beauty with anyone who wishes to stop to look. They share their aromas openly, freely, with the world. Human Beings are Nature, too.

the dandelion

The Dandelion... Plants have their own personalities. I have always admired the dandelion. Sure it's a weed but it is also a great teacher.
Can you do what the Dandelion does?
Dandelions have the strength and blind determination to grow up through the cement of a city sidewalk
! Do you have that kind of faith and drive in you?

Dandelions
remind us that we are meant to blossom wherever we are planted even though we cannot see how we will grow or how we will get there.
Do you know someone who is...
LtoR: pussy willow, catus, poppies, lotus, wheat
...very soft? ...prickly?  ...a "group" traveler? ...drifty? ...reaping what they've sown?
old gnarly tree trunk with roots, soft grasses, pink rose, straw

Which
flower
might
 you be?

...earthy and realistic? ...blows one way and then the other? ...self protective
yet tender inside?
...acts like a doormat for all to step on?
