Lesson 4:  Spoon Bending

Spoon Bending...  Why Do It?     To learn one point focus.
To bend a spoon (or fork) start in a state of deep relaxation. Bring your attention to the spoon and your awareness to the metal. Mentally, imagine your awareness moving down inside the spoon. Begin to feel the energy of the spoon at the point where you wish to bend it. Begin to see/sense/feel the movement of the molecules.

Mentally, begin to separate the molecules at the point between your two thumbs on the spoon. You can even ask the energy to "divide right there".

It is time to bend the spoon when you feel an "open window" of opportunity. This moment may last only a few seconds so act quickly when you sense it. (It will not bend, without force, before the feeling of the molecules being separate occurs.)

Another way to may the process simple...become "one with the spoon" and bend yourself! (grin)
**Please be considerate and use your own silverware when doing this exercise.**

Lesson 4:  Seeing Tree Energy

To see the aura or energy of the trees make "soft eyes". With soft eyes, look just above the tree line so that the trees are actually being seen with your peripheral sight. At first, you may see the energy peripherally but with time you will begin to see a thick clear body of energy moving with life. Do be patient, relaxed and persistent.

These images (left) are what trees look like to me when they are very thirsty. It looks as if the tree energy itself is calling the clouds toward them and not the other way around.
Since everyone perceives differently, you will probably experience it differently.

Good luck!
