Reiki Food...
It's easy! Here's all you do: as you prepare your food - cutting, mixing, cooking - or just before eating, call in the Reiki energy and let it flow into the food until you feel
the energy subside. Close the flow of energy with gratitude. |

Don't know Reiki?
... Try this instead. Spend a few minutes thinking of the love you feel for the person(s) for whom you are preparing food. Remember fun times, happy times, and any special
times you've shared. Take all of those good feelings and blend them into the physical ingredients - mentally, intentionally. |
| Reiki Your Gifts...
Reiki the gifts you wrap for a friend. It's such a special feeling to open a gift filled with unconditional love. Simply hold your hands over the gift,
preferably before you wrap it, and let the Reiki flow into it. Try it! See if your friends notice. Use it on cards and letters, too. |

Reiki Water...
Send Reiki into a glass or bottle of water. This is taught in Reiki but anyone with healing ability can do it. Dr. Bernard Grad (retired, McGill Univ.) studied this

A Study in England... A few years ago, studies were done in England using meditation for peace. Groups of people meditated "for peace" once a week for their town. For the months that
this experiment was held, overall crime numbers went down significantly. |

Animals can tell immediately if you are a healer. If they need healing energy in a specific place, they will place that part of their body right under your hand. They love it! |

Dog Reiki Story...
A friend's dog has a lame back hip. Every time I visit, the dog waits until I'm seated, turns around and offers her hip to one of my hands. I'm so used to this routine that I automatically
send her energy when she sits there. When she's had all the Reiki she needs, she turns around, licks my hand and walks away...without a trace of her limp. Imagine what a Vet could do for their sick patients if they knew Reiki! |

A Reiki-a-Horse Story...
Years ago, before there was "Reiki for pets," I was called to a horse ranch to see if Reiki might help a horse who was suffering with chronic pain. It was my first experience at giving Reiki to a horse and it started with a
bang! The horse relaxed so quickly that the next thing I knew she was beginning to lean right onto

me. I never taught another person to send energy as fast as I did at that moment! The rest of the treatment was fine and continued for about 1/2 an hour.
What stays with me from that experience was what happened when I said good-bye to the horse. I stood directly in front of her, sent her the thought of love and thanked her, also with thought, for allowing me
to do Reiki with her. She slowly blinked her eyes, stepped forward, and placed her whole head onto my chest near my heart. As if that weren't thanks enough, she sent me a flood of love energy that filled me. It was
amazing! Her communication was unmistakable and life changing.
If you have the opportunity to work with animals, do give it a try.
It's a wonderful experience.
Horses, like dogs, will let you know when they have had their fill of energy by twitching or stepping away slightly.

Reiki Live-Fish... I used to have a beautiful active aquarium filled with neons, angels, guppies and swords. One day, after moving the tank,
I noticed the fish were acting odd and listless. A visiting friend suggested that we send healing to the fish. "Through the glass?" I asked. "Sure!", she said. We gave the tank about 5 minutes of healing |

and all the fish were soon very active. Life in their watery home was happy again. |

A Word to the Wise...
Animals, like people, need to know that a person is trustworthy so take a few minutes to establish rapport with an animal. This can be done by communicating with thoughts, gently talking with their owner, watching the
animal's expressions and just simply being with them. Let them know that you are there to help them and that you will respect their needs and caretaker. Give them their natural space and let them take the initiative to join you.
After that, start the Reiki energy flowing into the air. If the animal responds to it favorably, that's great. Don't force the issue.

Courtrooms, Lawyers, all parties concerned...
If you are interested in seeking the truth or having the truth revealed, Reiki does just that. I have seen cases, considered hopeless, turn around to have the most pivotal secrets unexpectedly revealed. Of course we cannot control the outcome but Reiki can work in very unpredictable ways for the highest good of all. Ps-s-s-t* there are lawyers and judges who know and use Reiki. Some even see auras!

Got a brown thumb? Turn that around with Reiki. Cup your plants, houseplants, or seeds for your garden between your palms and give them a boost of universal love. They will thrive!
