Sessions typically take 30 to 60 minutes and start with a single thought or feeling or experience that you wish to release. It may be an issue, a pain, or anything you feel holds you back from achieving what you want in your life.

Moving through the Layers... Together we move along one thread of thought on progressively deeper levels until no more feelings spontaneously arise. The process moves very quickly, with old emotion rising only long enough to identify it and release it.
